Arse. Not quite as windy as yesterday but more importantly, more northerly as well which meant the wind was very gusty or non-existant on the inside. I tried out Pat´s RWW76 with the 5.2 which was fine to start with, although due to the lack of wind on the inside I didn´t test it properly in the waves. Then whilst I was out back the wind dropped suddenly to very little. Bugger. Tried to slog upwind but being way underpowered on a sinky board I ended up having to land in the south bay. Long walk home (with help of Pat Jon and James - thank you). Bollox.
